2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
SnapGuess allows users to upload photos and videos to share with other players in a game lobby. You are strictly responsible for the content you upload.
You agree NOT to upload:
- Content that is illegal, violent, or sexually explicit (NSFW).
- Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens other users.
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms immediately and without notice.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
SnapGuess may offer premium features via subscription. These are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings.
- Refunds are handled by the respective platform (Apple or Google) according to their policies.
4. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss or other damages resulting from your use of the App.
